Summary: The Identity and Access Management Analyst role at a leading financial services business involves managing user identities and provisioning access to corporate applications using SailPoint. The position is a 6-month initial contract with potential for extension, requiring a hybrid working arrangement in London. The analyst will contribute to the maturation and globalization of the Access Management team while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with SailPoint to perform access management for the Global Asset Management business
• Analyzing and fulfilling corporate identity and access requests
• Analyzing and translating user requirements to ensure appropriate access is provided to systems, applications, and corporate information
• Managing multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment while accepting escalations through the escalation process
• Contributing to ongoing improvements to workflows/processes while identifying gaps and automation opportunities
• Maintaining and updating Access Control Access Policies, Documentation, and Staff Lists
• Contributing to the implementation of new access models for new applications
• Contributing to audits, access reviews, and the IT Risk Team as needed
• Supporting the globalization of the Access Control Team

Key Skills:

• Proficient with SailPoint or similar application
• Proficient and knowledgeable with Identity and Access Management
• Proficient with Active Directory
• Proficient with ServiceNow
• Proficient with permissions management in SharePoint and NAS
• Strong planning, time management, and documentation skills
• Solid writing, communications, and interpersonal skills, plus experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Proven analytic and problem-solving skills
• Beginner to intermediate PowerShell (nice to have)
• Microsoft Visio 2010 or higher (nice to have)
• Microsoft Certification (nice to have)

• Degree in Information Technology or computer science (nice to have)
