Summary: The Identity and Access Management Analyst role at a leading financial services business involves managing user identities and provisioning access to corporate applications using SailPoint. The position is a 6-month initial contract with potential for extension, requiring a hybrid working arrangement in London. The analyst will contribute to the maturation and globalization of the Access Management team while ensuring compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with SailPoint to perform access management for the Global Asset Management business
- Analyzing and fulfilling corporate identity and access requests
- Analyzing and translating user requirements to ensure appropriate access is provided to systems, applications, and corporate information
- Managing multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment while accepting escalations through the escalation process
- Contributing to ongoing improvements to workflows/processes while identifying gaps and automation opportunities
- Maintaining and updating Access Control Access Policies, Documentation, and Staff Lists
- Contributing to the implementation of new access models for new applications
- Contributing to audits, access reviews, and the IT Risk Team as needed
- Supporting the globalization of the Access Control Team
Key Skills:
- Proficient with SailPoint or similar application
- Proficient and knowledgeable with Identity and Access Management
- Proficient with Active Directory
- Proficient with ServiceNow
- Proficient with permissions management in SharePoint and NAS
- Strong planning, time management, and documentation skills
- Solid writing, communications, and interpersonal skills, plus experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Proven analytic and problem-solving skills
- Beginner to intermediate PowerShell (nice to have)
- Microsoft Visio 2010 or higher (nice to have)
- Microsoft Certification (nice to have)
- Sailpoint Certification (nice to have)
- Degree in Information Technology or computer science (nice to have)
