Summary: The Identity & Access Management Analyst role at SPEN involves supporting ongoing IAM projects, focusing on technical onboarding, testing, and production deployment. The position requires collaboration with various teams, including Cyber Security Operations and third-party suppliers, to enhance the Identity and Access Management service. The role is hybrid and initially contracted for 12 months, based in Glasgow City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Privileged Access Management Solutions
- Application Provisioning for the scope of applications managed by the IAM team
- Work directly with 3rd party suppliers to deliver projects
- Support the delivery of the IAM Vision/Roadmap
- Work with colleagues and stakeholders to design IAM services that meet the desired controls and provide a positive customer experience
- Continuously seek to improve quality of analysis, service delivery, and business decision making
- Undertake analysis of a range of data sources to produce options and recommendations for workable solutions
Key Skills:
- Experience in security or Cyber Security Degree
- IT Security/Information Security knowledge
- CyberArk PAM
- SailPoint IdentityIIQ
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Perl), SQL, APIs, and connectors (JDBC, API)
- Experience with relevant IAM tools, such as Active Directory & ServiceNow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for security and self-development to keep up to date with IAM trends and best practices
