Summary: The role of Business Analyst in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Migration Programme involves leading the transition from legacy identity systems to a unified platform, focusing on enhancing cybersecurity and operational efficiency. The position requires extensive experience in business analysis within complex enterprise environments and entails collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and facilitate change management. The contract is for six months with a hybrid working model based in Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end requirements gathering for the migration from SailPoint IIQ and SAP IDM to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis and engagement to uncover undocumented users, processes, and services.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to map current system integrations and data flows.
  • Translate business needs into high-quality, testable requirements and develop corresponding test cases.
  • Work autonomously to advance analysis and support the testing lifecycle.
  • Facilitate change management by helping stakeholders understand the benefits and strategic goals of the migration.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive business analysis experience in complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce detailed, testable requirements.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile delivery models.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of influencing at senior levels.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity management and practices.
  • Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SailPoint IIQ, SAP IDM, or SailPoint ISC is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in requirements management and process mapping in a highly governed environment.
