Summary: The role of ID&V Project Manager involves leading a significant Identity & Verification transformation project for a global consultancy's banking end-client. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of proof of concept, minimum viable product build, and phased rollout across various channels. This position requires managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder alignment while coordinating cross-functional teams. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office, and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery across Microsoft Verified ID, Onfido, MFA and ID&V modernisation initiatives.
- Manage scope, timelines, risk, and stakeholder alignment across CISO, Engineering and Helpdesk teams.
- Govern the POC process: execution, documentation, success criteria assessment, decision capture, and executive socialisation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solution Architecture, Engineering, BA, UX, Security).
- Provide robust progress reporting, RAID management, and release governance.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering security or identity transformation programmes at enterprise scale.
- Delivery experience across authentication, multi-factor authentication, self-service password reset or ID&V programmes.
- Familiarity with POC/MVP delivery cycles and agile/hybrid delivery models.

A global consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their banking end-client on a large Identity & Verification (ID&V) transformation project. The purpose of this role is to lead and deliver the modernised Identity & Verification (ID&V) roadmap, oversee the proof of concept execution, minimum viable product build, and phased rollout across Helpdesk and Self Service channels.

- Rate: £495pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
