Summary: The ICT Systems Test Engineer role involves ensuring the effective development and operations of software and systems through requirements analysis and validation. Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and analyze functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
- Ensure customer requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria are accurately captured and validated.
- Organize and prioritize requirements using techniques such as product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and backlogs.
- Specify and validate requirements, constraints, and acceptance criteria for effective development and operations.
- Establish requirements baselines or backlogs, obtain agreement to requirements, and ensure traceability to source.
- Select and adapt appropriate requirements definition and management methods, tools, and techniques.
- Maintain Operational Concept Document and Function Performance Specifications.
- Design system components using appropriate modeling techniques following agreed architectures and design standards.
- Produce detailed design specifications for system construction and review designs against specifications.
- Create and maintain roadmaps for business strategy execution and capability improvements.
- Liaise with Solution Architects and Designers to align architecture roadmaps and blueprints.
