Summary: A Service Desk Analyst position is available in Wymondham, Norfolk, on a 12-month contract with an immediate start. The role involves supporting users by resolving technical issues and incidents, requiring strong communication skills and experience in a technical support environment. The candidate will work on a rotational shift basis and should be familiar with technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Windows 7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Taking responsibility for resolving faults/issues at 1st/2nd line level.
  • Logging calls accurately and allocating/chasing closure on calls.
  • Following internal processes to meet service activity targets.
  • Building relationships with colleagues and clients within the team.
  • Escalating incidents and requests appropriately to Service Desk Team leaders.
  • Staying aware of relevant technology and products.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a Technical support/Service Desk environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
