Summary: A Service Desk Analyst position is available in Wymondham, Norfolk, on a 12-month contract with an immediate start. The role involves supporting users by resolving technical issues and incidents, requiring strong communication skills and experience in a technical support environment. The candidate will work on a rotational shift basis and should be familiar with technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Windows 7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls promptly while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Taking responsibility for resolving faults/issues at 1st/2nd line level.
- Logging calls accurately and allocating/chasing closure on calls.
- Following internal processes to meet service activity targets.
- Building relationships with colleagues and clients within the team.
- Escalating incidents and requests appropriately to Service Desk Team leaders.
- Staying aware of relevant technology and products.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a Technical support/Service Desk environment.
