This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong grasp of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies-especially Microsoft 365 and Azure. Experience within the third sector and an ability to align technology with organisational values will be key to your success.

Essential Criteria:
A relevant third-level qualification in IT or a related field with technical components.
Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an internal ICT team.
At least 3 years' recent experience in a technical ICT environment, including:
Cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365/Azure)
Cybersecurity and compliance
Performance monitoring and reporting
IT project delivery
Proven experience overseeing IT vendor contracts and Managed Service Provider relationships.
Valid driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle (reasonable adjustments will be considered where applicable).
Desirable Criteria:
Relevant degree or professional IT certification (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, or cyber security credentials).
