Key Responsibilities
- General inventory control and quality assurance duties which includes stock investigations, customer queries, working with both inbound and outbound teams to ensure a team performance meets or exceeds commitment to our service promise to customers, and expectations of productivity and quality.
- Minimise stock loses ensuring all investigations are effectively carried out.
Experience And Skills Required
You will be self-motivated and have a dedicated approach using you own initiative to problem solve. You will be able to deliver excellent customer service Ability to communicate effectively to all stake holders at all levels Ability to perform to high personal performance standards consistently and with a positive approach to tasks and people. Work well under pressure and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Experience with Microsoft and warehouse management systems preferable and good email etiquette.
