Summary: The ICP Project Manager role involves leading and delivering Independent Connection Provider projects in Southampton on an 11-month contract. The position requires managing the programme, budget, risks, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing ICP or utility connection projects and possess strong project management skills. A relevant project management qualification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver ICP (Independent Connection Provider) projects from inception to completion
- Manage programme, budget, risks, and stakeholders
- Coordinate with DNOs, contractors, and client teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Provide regular progress reporting
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing ICP or utility connection projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure and DNO processes
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- Relevant project management qualification preferred (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
