Icertis Functional Consultant

Summary: The Icertis Functional Consultant role involves engaging with business stakeholders to design and implement scalable Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions using the Icertis platform. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementations, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful delivery within scope and budget. This position requires a strong understanding of CLM processes and hands-on experience with Icertis platform configuration. The role is hybrid or remote with on-demand travel to Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand contract lifecycle processes and requirements
• Design scalable CLM solutions aligned with industry best practices
• Provide functional expertise in contract management, procurement, sales, and compliance processes
• Recommend optimal use of Icertis platform capabilities
• Lead end-to-end Icertis implementations (Requirement Design Configuration UAT Go-live)
• Drive requirement gathering workshops, GAP analysis, and documentation
• Configure Icertis modules including templates, clauses, workflows, approvals, and integrations
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients
• Collaborate with business, IT, and executive stakeholders
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Lead functional workstreams across multiple projects
• Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables
• Ensure adherence to implementation methodology and governance
• Define test strategy and support SIT/UAT cycles
• Validate solution against business requirements
• Support deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization

• Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
• Experience in contract authoring & clause management
• Experience in workflow & approvals
• Experience in obligation & compliance tracking
• Experience in supplier / sales contracts
• Experience in business process mapping & re-engineering
• Hands-on experience with Icertis ICI platform configuration
• Understanding of data models, integrations (ERP/CRM)
• Understanding of reporting & dashboards
• Basic SQL / data handling (good to have)
• Familiarity with SaaS implementation models
• Requirement gathering & BRD/FRD creation
• Stakeholder communication & presentation
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Project management fundamentals
• 5-9 years of experience in functional consulting roles
• Minimum 2-3 full lifecycle enterprise implementations
• Experience in CLM / Supply Chain / Enterprise SaaS solutions
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred); MBA is a plus
• Icertis certifications (ICIP/ICIF) preferred

Salary (Rate): £56.00 hourly
