Summary: This part-time IAM Solution Architect role focuses on managing the technical architecture of the Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) system, utilizing various component systems such as Workday and ServiceNow. The position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure system designs align with business outcomes and best practices. Candidates must have relevant experience in product/platform architecture and be eligible for UK Government SC Vetting. The role is inside IR35 and requires security clearance readiness or eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process and technical architecture of the client's JML system.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including architects, developers, and HR to ensure system designs support business outcomes.
  • Oversee data flows between component systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Saviynt.
  • Collaborate with multiple product teams on processes and dataflows spanning multiple systems.
  • Ensure compliance with UK GDPR implications in IT system design.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as a product/platform architect on component systems or similar systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Jira Service Management).
  • Experience with agile and DevSecOps practices on SaaS & Lo/No Code platforms.
  • Prior experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) processes, specifically JML components.
  • Eligibility for UK Government SC Vetting.

This is a part-time inside IR35 contract role working 4 hours per day across a 5 day work week.

Role: IAM Solution Architect (Identity Lifecycle/JML)

Hourly Rate: £51.78 - £56.50 for 4 hours per day

Mandate: Security Clearance ready or eligible candidate

Office: 2 days per week in Stratford, London

The Enterprise Resource Planning Product Group (ERP PG) are looking for an experienced architect to manage the process and technical architecture of the client's Joiner, Mover, and Leaver system, which utilises Workday, ServiceNow, Active Directory and Saviynt as component systems, plus the data flows between them. This role will liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the overall JML systems designs support business outcomes and best practice, stakeholders include architects and developers (including 3rd party support teams) for each component, HR as the primary business owner, enterprise, and IAM architects etc

  • Must have experience as a product/platform architect on one or more of the component systems, or a similar system eg Oracle ERP, Jira Service Management etc
  • Must have experience working with multiple product teams on processes and dataflows that span multiple systems
  • Should have experience with agile and DevSecOps practices on SaaS & Lo/No Code platforms
  • Should have prior experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) processes (noting only JML components of IAM are in scope for this role)
  • Should have exposure to the implications of UK GDPR and similar on the design of IT systems and integrations.
  • Must be eligible for UK Government SC Vetting
