Summary: The role of SailPoint Tester involves conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the SailPoint application, focusing on Identity Access Management. The position requires strong experience or certification in SailPoint, along with collaboration with various teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. The tester will also be responsible for test execution, defect management, and stakeholder communication within an Agile and DevOps environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SailPoint application onboarding.
- Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Create and execute tests, logging results and managing defects.
- Perform root cause analysis and manage stakeholder communications.
- Understand and apply testing life cycle and defect life cycle processes.
- Utilize tools such as Service Now, JIRA, and Xray in testing processes.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Identity Access Management.
- Strong working experience or certification in SailPoint application onboarding.
- Knowledge of JML and review process in SailPoint.
- Experience with Service Now tool.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Xray.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of testing life cycle and defect life cycle.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
