  • Manage third-party suppliers and internal technical teams delivering IAM solutions
  • Engage stakeholders across Security, Compliance, Architecture, and Operations
  • Ensure outputs are of a high standard and suitable for C-level reporting
  • Oversee development and rollout of IAM policies and controls (eg, Microsoft Entra ID)
  • Coordinate integrations with enterprise systems (eg, Oracle, SaaS applications)
  • Operate in agile, iterative sprints including backlog management and sprint reviews

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading consultancy for an experienced IAM Programme Lead to support a critical Identity and Access Management improvement programme. The role will focus on driving the delivery of IAM controls, audit remediation, and governance improvements across a complex enterprise environment.

This role is pivotal to ensuring that IAM processes-including joiners, movers, leavers, and privileged access-are robust, compliant, and aligned with audit expectations.
