Key Responsibilities:

- Guide architecture reviews and support implementation of new IAM controls
- Define milestones and track progress against agreed timelines
- Manage third-party suppliers and internal technical teams delivering IAM solutions
- Engage stakeholders across Security, Compliance, Architecture, and Operations
- Ensure outputs are of a high standard and suitable for C-level reporting
- Oversee development and rollout of IAM policies and controls (eg, Microsoft Entra ID)
- Coordinate integrations with enterprise systems (eg, Oracle, SaaS applications)
- Operate in agile, iterative sprints including backlog management and sprint reviews
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering IAM programmes in large, complex environments
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, privileged access, and role-based access controls
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and integration with enterprise platforms
