Summary: The IAM Product Manager - Metrics & Reporting role involves leading the vision, strategy, and execution of IAM controls for a banking client. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate IAM control product vision, goals, and requirements to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with any IAM CCM.
- Lead the development of IAM controls to ensure the protection of customer data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise product features and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.
- Ensure that the product meets customer needs and expectations by maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritise features, and make trade-off decisions based on business value and customer impact.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Monitor product performance and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Train and educate internal teams and external customers on new product features and updates.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards related to IAM and ensure the product meets these requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the product based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to inform product decisions.
