IAM Engineer with Java

Summary: The IAM Engineer with a Java background will be responsible for managing identity and access management tools and protocols, ensuring secure application development and maintenance. The role requires hands-on experience in IAM administration, user provisioning, and troubleshooting within complex environments. The position is hybrid, requiring two days in the office per week, and is classified as inside IR35 for a duration of six months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure IAM tools such as IBM Security Identity Manager, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
• Implement and maintain IAM protocols including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Oversee user provisioning, role management, and access reviews.
• Develop and maintain secure applications using Java and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
• Lead enterprise-level IAM projects in complex, multi-system environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues efficiently.
• Deploy IAM solutions in cloud platforms such as AWS, Apaas, or GCP.
