Summary: The IAM Engineer role focuses on designing and implementing identity solutions using IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) in Northampton. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement identity solutions using IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), focusing on provisioning and RBAC.
  • Develop and maintain Java-based connectors, workflows, and business logic to extend IAM capabilities.

  • Understanding of IAM protocols and standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience managing user provisioning, role-based access, and access reviews in complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ISIM workflows, connectors, and reporting features.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, aPaaS) and IAM cloud deployments.
  • Exposure to DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with containerisation tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
