Summary: The IAM Business Analyst role focuses on leading the delivery and implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities within a complex enterprise environment. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements, document IAM solutions, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks. The role is based in Radbroke, requiring three days of on-site work per week. The contract is set to start on June 23, 2025, and end on December 31, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IAM Architects, Product Owners, Engineers, and Senior Stakeholders to capture and validate detailed business and technical requirements.
- Define and document end-to-end IAM solutions and target operating models.
- Analyse current-state IAM processes and identify gaps and improvement areas.
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive process flows and documentation.
- Ensure strong alignment with IAM governance frameworks and control ownership.
- Support system integrations, user adoption strategies, and training for Identity Management tools and workflows.
- Act as a key interface between technical teams and the business to ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and operational needs.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM/IGA projects within financial services or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of IAM governance, compliance controls, and audit requirements.
- Familiarity with leading IGA platforms (eg, SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Governance).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in process modelling and documentation (eg, using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Radbroke 3 days a week.
