Summary: The IAM Business Analyst role involves driving the end-to-end delivery and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities within a consultancy environment. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions, alongside maintaining process flows and supporting user adoption. This is a six-month contract based in Knutsford, requiring three days on-site work per week. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery and implementation of IAM/IGA capabilities.
- Gather and validate requirements in collaboration with IAM architects, Product Owners, Engineers, and senior stakeholders.
- Define end-to-end solutions and develop process flows.
- Support system integration, user adoption, and training related to Identity Management.

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled IAM Business Analyst to join their team for a six-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in IAM / IGA to drive end to end delivery and implementation of IAM / IGA capabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of IAM governance, control ownership. Works closely with IAM architects, Product Owners, Engineers and senior stakeholders to gather and validate requirements and define end to end solutions. Develop and maintain process flows. Support System integration, user adoption and training related to Identity Management.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Strong IAM/IGA domain expertise
Knowledge of governance, controls, and compliance

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
Knowledge of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory)
Business analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA)
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
Exposure to cloud IAM (AWS, Azure AD)
