IAM Business Analyst

Summary: The IAM Business Analyst role focuses on driving the end-to-end delivery and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and support system integration and user training. A strong understanding of IAM governance and control ownership is essential for success in this role. The position is based in Knutsford and requires on-site presence three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery and implementation of IAM/IGA capabilities.
• Gather and validate requirements from IAM architects, Product Owners, Engineers, and senior stakeholders.
• Define end-to-end solutions and develop process flows.
• Support system integration, user adoption, and training related to Identity Management.
