Summary: The IAM Analyst role involves supporting a logical access controls framework project within a complex financial organization. The position requires collaboration with various departments to identify requirements, create solution designs, and support the delivery lifecycle. The analyst will engage in workshops and ensure the successful implementation of access controls. This role is based in the Gloucester area with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring on-site presence twice a week.

• Perform analysis to support a logical access controls framework project.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience of delivering Access Controls/IAM related projects - Desirable.
• Ability to learn a complex systems estate and map dependencies and integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including production of HLD/LLD design documentation.
• Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
