Summary: The IT Asset & Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management of IT assets and ensuring the effective operation of IT controls within a media organization. This role involves auditing and managing IT assets, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to forecast technology needs. The position also includes approving IT-related spending and managing self-service IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit, manage and track IT assets, including hardware/software setup.
• Act as the escalation point for IT issues beyond standard processes.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and manage exception approvals.
• Communicate IT strategy and policies effectively within the business unit.
• Work with senior stakeholders to forecast IT technology needs.
