Summary: The IT Asset & Operations Manager will oversee the full lifecycle management of IT assets and ensure the smooth operation of key IT controls within a designated business unit for a leading organization in the media industry. This role requires strong experience in IT asset management and operations, as well as effective communication with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Audit, manage and track IT assets, including hardware/software setup.
• Act as the escalation point for IT issues beyond standard processes.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and manage exception approvals.

• Work with senior stakeholders to forecast IT technology needs.
• Approve IT-related spending within the unit.
• Manage self-service IT solutions, including laptop loan lockers and vending units.
