Summary: The role of Hybrid Data Visualization Specialist focuses on migrating Tableau dashboards to Hex, optimizing visualizations, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing user experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the lead charging analytics engineer to understand charging systems & data
- Develop data assets, tools, and dashboards that provide rich visualization, self-service, and high accuracy insights to charging partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Network partners: Go-to-Market, product management, software engineering, and business stakeholders to develop dashboard and tool requirements
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, analytics, or equivalent practical experience, 3+ years of analytics focused experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
- Strong proficiency developing data visualizations in Python’s Plotly or similar packages
- Experience developing user-facing applications in Hex, Plotly Dash, R Shiny, or similar platforms with focus on user experience and presentation
- Extremely detail and solutions-oriented mindset
- Advanced proficiency with Hex
- Experience with git, DBT, Databricks, AWS
- Experience or knowledge of the energy industry, EV charging, or software systems is a huge plus.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams
- Strong communicator, adapts presenting technical solutions to senior stakeholders and building relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
