Summary: The HVAC Designer role in Birchwood, Warrington involves developing and implementing engineering solutions throughout the project life cycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing engineering solutions through to design for manufacture, the full project life cycle
- Producing technical drawings and models: HVAC component models, piping isometrics, Mechanical & Electrical Plant (MEP) component models, MEP installation drawings, MEP content or family creation
- BIM modelling for HVAC, MEP, plumbing & pipework
- Recording quantities take off and scheduling
- Delivering your scope of work to time and budget
Key Skills:
- Experienced user of Revit and AutoCAD software
- Good communication skills, and able to interface with external and internal stakeholders
- Experience of highly regulated environments would be advantageous
- Experience completing PFDs/VFDs
- Experience using AutoCAD for circa 8 months
- Familiarity of Aveva products (E3D)
- Familiarity with CIBSE guides
