We’re working with a growing organisation in Leeds that’s looking for an experienced HR professional to join them as a Human Resources Team Lead on a 3-month fixed-term contract , with the potential to extend to 6 months. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, this is a hands-on role where you’ll be leading a small but busy People Operations team — while also getting stuck in with day-to-day tickets, employee queries, and process improvements.
Package:
- Leeds, hybrid – 2-3 days a week in the office
- 3 month FTC, with potential for extension to 6 months
- Full-time (37.5 hours)
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE
