Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review documentation such as disciplinary letters, investigation reports, and policy updates.
  • Support organizational change initiatives with a focus on communication, fairness, and employee engagement.

Key Skills:

  • CIPD Qualified (desirable)
  • 3+ years of experience in an employee relations or HR advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

HR Advisor – 12 Month FTC Runcorn - £35,000pa ASAP Start

We have a new opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is either available at short notice or immediately to join a fantastic business based in Runcorn on a 12 Month FTC basis. This role does offer 1 day a week WFH and the opportunity to really progress knowledge and experience. This role requires someone with extensive ER experience and experience working at a fast pace/high volume of case work is involved.
