Summary: Our client, a leading international organisation, is seeking an experienced People Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term contract within its People Strategy and Transformation team. The role focuses on designing and delivering people-focused transformation initiatives that align with long-term organisational objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior stakeholders and project teams to ensure effective embedding of transformation initiatives in a complex business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support organisation effectiveness, people change, and culture transformation strategies across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and People functions to deliver effective transformation and change initiatives.
- Assess the impact of organisational design and people change across business processes, systems, data, structures, and ways of working.
- Evaluate organisational readiness for change and adapt implementation plans where required.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of organisation effectiveness and change management frameworks.
- Collaborate with communications teams and People Centres of Excellence to design and deliver engagement and adoption activities.
- Encourage leadership engagement and role modelling to support successful transformation outcomes.
- Ensure project documentation, transformation plans, and programme tracking activities are completed accurately and effectively.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of multiple concurrent transformation programmes.
