Summary: The Deputy HR Services Manager will oversee a team of HR Administrators and drive key HR projects within a Shared Services environment on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves managing team performance, ensuring efficient HR processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers hybrid working arrangements and various employee benefits. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct line management of 4 HR Administrators
  • Management of team performance in line with agreed SLA’s
  • Ensuring completion of HR Services / Recruitment admin tasks effectively
  • Management of the full employee lifecycle
  • Providing guidance and training on Oracle processes and procedures
  • Conducting regular audits to capture data inaccuracies
  • Providing stakeholders with relevant feedback and tracking outputs
  • Assisting with key HR projects such as pay negotiations and bonus payments
  • Identifying and championing HR continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a shared-services environment
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Processes, Terms & Conditions, and GDPR
