Summary: The Human Resources Services Specialist at Latham & Watkins plays a crucial role within the Human Capital & Talent team, focusing on the timely execution of transactional HR activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to all HR Services requests, prioritising requests accordingly and escalating more complex queries appropriately within the department
  • Monitoring and recording employee data and information within the HR Information System (HRIS) and Facebook, including new hire entries, leaves of absences, transfers, secondments, and terminations
  • Preparing standard contracts of employment and HR standardised documentation, such as employment verification letters, transfer letters, title change memos, etc.
  • Cross-referencing and recording data from the firm’s Applicant Tracking System and the onboarding system to the HRIS in a timely manner

About The Role The Human Resources Services Specialist is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources (HR) Services team by ensuring all transactional HR activities are completed and delivered in a timely manner, while completing service requests via a case management system from open to closed status, ensuring all service level agreements and deadlines are met, and requests are actioned promptly, ensuring clear understanding of client requests, providing timely updates, and accurately executing transactions. This role will be located in our Manchester office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
