Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising and owning the HR Project plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.
  • Working with the HR Leadership Team, Heads of HR, and HR teams across the firm to ensure delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource, and policy.
  • Interpreting and representing key HR policies and communicating with the HR team and key stakeholders in the firm.
  • Ensuring key HR processes are identified and followed consistently and correctly in line with relevant policy.
  • Devising and managing a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant Heads of Departments.
  • Tracking and monitoring progress and escalating business risks where appropriate.
  • Collaboratively working with other parts of the firm to identify issues and provide solutions and report back to key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring smooth implementation and handover of project activity to business as usual at the appropriate point.
  • Regularly updating the project and HR team on project activity and consulting on key decisions in a timely and proactive manner.

A fantastic opportunity is available for a proactive HR professional to work for one of the most sought after international law firms in London, on a 6 month contract basis. The HR Project Manager will support with various HR projects across the firms global offices, working closely with the Head of HR Operations and other HR department heads. The key duties will include:

  • Devising and owning the HR Project plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders
  • Working with the HR Leadership Team, Heads of HR and HR teams across the firm and other key stakeholders to ensure delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy.
  • Interpreting and representing key HR policies and communicating with the HR team and key stakeholders in the firm.
