Senior HR and Project Coordinator/Senior PMO - 2 days a week on-site - 3 Month FTC - Immediate start

We are looking for somebody to run a number of HR related projects, initially for 3 months, for a range of Caraffi clients. The role will suit somebody who has sat above a team of administrative professionals or coordinators, is familiar with ATS and recruitment systems, comfortable with data analysis and reporting, presenting, and working with a range of stakeholders.

You will:

  • Manage a team of coordinators and administrative professionals
  • Act as a point of escalation for any team issues or complex problems
  • Use our clients ATS and data to regularly and accurately report on project progress
  • Track and present progress to senior stakeholders
  • Be on-site with clients twice a week
  • Be a great communicator with a range of people
  • Be detail focused
  • Present project progress regularly
