Summary: The role of Human Resources Project Consultant involves leading the delivery of People projects within an insurance sector organization, focusing on transformation aligned with strategic HR plans. The consultant will collaborate with Strategic HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions that add commercial value. This position requires effective stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The role is hybrid, requiring two days on-site in London each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful delivery of HR People projects supporting business strategy.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify issues and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with Strategic HR Business Partners and COEs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across different groups and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Develop recommendations based on data analysis and business priorities.
  • Influence managers and employees at all levels.
  • Manage complex change and transformation projects.
