Ashley Kate HR are recruiting for a dynamic and commercially minded People Partner with a passion for delivering impactful HR projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys driving change, developing people initiatives, and managing projects from design through to implementation and adoption. Fixed Term contract 9-12 months Hybrid and Burton on Trent Monday - Friday 9am-530pm. You’ll be responsible for leading a range of strategic people projects set out in the People Roadmap including leadership development, early careers programmes, and HR technology transformation. This is a fast paced, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and embed initiatives that make a real difference to both people and performance.

About You You’ll bring strong experience in delivering HR and people focused projects, ideally within leadership development, L&D, or early careers. You’ll have previous exposure to HR technology implementations (such as HRIS or ATS) and be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
