Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR and recruitment queries, providing clear and professional guidance
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising and candidate sourcing
- Shortlisting and interview coordination
- Pre-employment checks and contract preparation
- Support payroll processes and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Train and guide colleagues on HR and recruitment systems
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to support people-related activities
