Whilst they are considering the market and options, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager to support them in the interim managing the daily HR operations. This is a fully site-based role for approximately 6-9 months. Reporting into the MD, this role will lead on the delivery of operational HR initiatives across the business. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development. You are a solid HR generalist, used to managing a busy workload with conflicting priorities, you will seek improvements where needed and enjoy owning a process from start to finish. You will support with process improvements and specific projects. You will need to be assertive and be able to challenge in a professional manner whilst maintaining positive working relationships. The nature of this role requires a collaborative approach and demonstrable experience of working as part of a team.
