Summary: The role of HR Manager at an International Bank in London involves managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle and providing core HR support across multiple functions. This position is a fixed-term contract for 18 months and requires strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all issues relating to the employee lifecycle
  • Provide core HR support on HR processes such as Performance Management, Compensation & Reward, Engagement, Succession and Workforce planning, Employee Relations, Learning & Development
  • Lead on HR projects
  • Support Senior Management as instructed by Head of HR
  • Manage day-to-day HR operational activities

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a corporate office environment
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified
  • Experience in dealing with employee relation issues
  • Strong minute taking skill set
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Excellent timekeeping discipline and strong work ethics
  • Good interpersonal skills and an able team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and deadlines

Responsibilities will include; A key role in assisting with all issues relating to all aspects of an employee lifecycle Provide Core HR support on HR processes such as Performance Management, Compensation & Reward, Engagement, Succession and Workforce planning, Employee Relations, Learning & Development Employee Advisory within set policies and procedures Takes a lead on HR projects HR Support to Senior Management as instructed by Head of HR - UK Day to Day HR operational activities To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have the following experience and skills; Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a corporate office environment CIPD Level 5 Qualified Essential Experience in dealing with employee relation issues Strong minute taking skill set Must operate with a high level of integrity and discretion Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times Excellent timekeeping discipline and strong work ethics Good interpersonal skills and an able team player Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner both over the telephone and face to face Ability to prioritise work and deadlines Accurate organized individual, flexible and happy to undertake any task in support of the business Excellent knowledge of MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
