The ideal candidate will lead HR projects and ensure compliance with employment law and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support leadership teams in the USA and the UK.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning, talent retention, and leadership development.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring best practices at every stage.
- Oversee performance management processes, advising on appraisals and goal setting for senior leadership teams.
- Manage and oversee professional services team.
- Lead and deliver HR projects to improve engagement, efficiency, and compliance.
- Lead and manage complex ER cases involving senior employees, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance issues.
- Conduct and oversee investigations related to employee relations matters at the executive level.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, HR policies, and best practice.
- Oversee HR systems and data management, ensuring accurate reporting and insights for senior leadership.
- Work closely with the wider HR teams on workload.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Generalist HR Manager within a fast-paced environment, preferably professional services.
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience advising Managing Directors, Chiefs, and senior stakeholders on HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR cases with sensitivity and discretion.
