Summary: A leading UK organization is looking for a Workday Recruitment/Talent module specialist to manage the configuration and enhancement of their hiring and performance systems. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert, gathering requirements, and providing post-launch support. This is an initial 6-month contract offering competitive day rates. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Workday Recruitment and Talent modules
- Act as the Workday subject matter expert for system changes
- Gather requirements and turn them into simple, effective solutions
- Run user workshops and system demos
- Document changes using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft tools
- Support testing, deployments, and go-live activity
- Provide post-launch support to the business
