Summary: The HR & Development Project Partner role at Elevation Recruitment Group involves hands-on engagement in culture transformation, talent development, and organizational projects within a global manufacturing organization. This position is based in Sheffield and is a 12-month fixed-term contract aimed at driving impactful initiatives in People and Culture and Learning & Development. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and active participation in major projects, including a site relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the roll-out of a workforce culture plan aligned with company values
- Coordinating a full-site talent development programme (including skills gap analysis and training delivery)
- Playing an active role in a major site relocation project
- Partnering with stakeholders to shape future organisational structure and lead change activities
- Managing risks, timelines, and project deliverables across various workstreams
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven HR project delivery experience (ideally within manufacturing or similar environments)
- Strong understanding of L&D planning, workforce development, and employee engagement
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a bonus
Salary (Rate): £55,000.00 yearly
