This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role based in London, operating on a hybrid model with 2–3 days a week in the Canary Wharf office. You'll be joining a close-knit HR team of four and reporting to the HR Manager. The role offers a broad scope—from onboarding and probation tracking to training coordination, reporting, and supporting recruitment and employee relations. You’ll take ownership of CIPHR (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, system configuration, and timely reporting, while also supporting a training platform similar to Cornerstone. You’ll coordinate learning programmes, track training needs and completions, and help manage e-learning rollouts. Day to day, you’ll be updating trackers, preparing reports, supporting the job grading process, assisting with recruitment admin, and helping to organise internal meetings and events. You’ll also provide occasional cover for payroll-related admin and liaise with external providers when needed. This role would suit someone working towards their CIPD or looking to build a long-term career in HR.
