Summary: The HR Operations Coordinator role at SThree is focused on delivering exceptional customer service in HR operational transactions for the DACH team. The position, based in Glasgow, is a fixed-term contract ending in November 2025 and requires fluency in German. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to first line queries from employees, managers, and HR colleagues in line with HR policy and process.
  • Signpost queries to relevant colleagues and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Accurately process all HR transactions related to Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle, and Offboarding.
  • Generate contracts and offers of employment in line with Talent Acquisition instructions.
  • Audit Right To Work documentation provided by the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Coordinate with a 3rd party provider for pre-employment screening of new hires.
  • Accurately enter new hire information onto SAP and update relevant workflow systems.
  • Update payroll and employee files according to agreed protocols.
  • Ensure correct approvals are obtained before actioning requests.
  • Issue leaver confirmation letters and report process non-adherence concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Key Skills:

  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Proven experience in HR Operations.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
