Summary: The role of People Project Consultant involves supporting a large-scale change and transformation programme within a prominent Financial Services organization. This 12-month fixed-term contract requires an experienced HR professional to lead high-impact, people-focused projects while collaborating with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope, design, and lead delivery of strategic People projects aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with Strategic People Partners and HR specialists to ensure effective planning, communication, and governance.
  • Analyse People data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and measure project success.
  • Deliver engaging communications and presentations to support change initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR processes and policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to wider HR transformation and organisational design (OD) initiatives.
  • Support the transition to agile, product-led operating models.

Job Role: People Project Consultant (12-Month FTC)

Location: Central London (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Salary: up to £75,000 + Bonus + 28 days holiday
