Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant for Europe to support our expanding operations within a global pharmaceutical organization. This role involves providing strategic and operational HR expertise across multiple European markets, particularly in Spain, Germany, France, and Italy, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global HR frameworks. The consultant will partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that align with business strategies and support various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional and country leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with business strategy
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design
  • Support change management initiatives, including restructurings, transformations, and M&A integration
  • Ensure compliance with European labour laws, works councils, and local HR practices
  • Contribute to the rollout and continuous improvement of global HR policies and programs
  • Collaborate with global HR teams on talent, DE&I, rewards, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve people outcomes

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a multinational or pharmaceutical/life sciences environment
  • Strong knowledge of European employment law and HR practices across multiple EU countries
  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage
