HR Consultant 6 Month FTC (To start ASAP) Based Leeds or York - Hybrid Salary £50,000 - £60,000 Elevation HR are proud to be working with a well-known engineering business who are seeking an interim HR Consultant for an initial 6 month FTC. The role of HR Consultant will support and deliver an number of key projects, as well as coaching and mentoring, ensuring consistently high standards of HR service delivery. As a HR Consultant, you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders ensuring they are supported, coached and fully facilitated through a period of change. You will deliver comprehensive HR and business consultation in a commercial and strategically focused manner. Ideally you will be: An experienced HR Business Partner having worked with large matrix organisations Supported or delivered on major change projects Experienced in TUPE Excellent presentation skills Level 5 CIPD Qualified or above The role will be hybrid and can be based in either Leeds or York with some travel across the region.
