  • Assisting in policy development and training delivery for line managers
  • Liaising with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate processing
  • Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Senior HR advisor and above
  • Part or full CIPD qualification
  • Confidence using HR systems and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of employment law and GDPR legislation
  • Strong people skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to travel to other sites when needed

Location: Wolverhampton – Hybrid with some National travel

Salary £47,000 plus bonus

Elevation HR are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Business Partner for a 9 Month FTC. Supporting a fast-paced operational environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to be a key part of a business that values people, processes, and performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the go-to person for all people-related matters, working closely with line managers and colleagues across the business. From employee relations and onboarding to training delivery and policy development, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
