Summary: The People Change Partner role is designed for an experienced HR professional focused on driving large-scale organizational change within a hybrid working environment. This position involves strategic collaboration with senior leaders and hands-on management of change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE transfers. The ideal candidate will possess strong change management expertise and a commitment to enhancing colleague experiences during transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and delivering organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
  • Ensuring all consultation documentation is legally compliant.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance during periods of change.
  • Supporting cultural development, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Coaching and advising managers on best practices for leading their teams through change.
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team to embed sustainable people strategies.
  • Supervising and mentoring a People Coordinator.

Key Skills:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience in change management, restructuring, and TUPE processes.
  • Experience in workplace mediation and/or restorative practice.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and influence at a senior level.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Salary (Rate): £51,775
