Summary: The People Change Partner role is designed for an experienced HR professional focused on driving large-scale organizational change within a hybrid working environment. This position involves strategic collaboration with senior leaders and hands-on management of change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE transfers. The ideal candidate will possess strong change management expertise and a commitment to enhancing colleague experiences during transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and delivering organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
- Ensuring all consultation documentation is legally compliant.
- Partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance during periods of change.
- Supporting cultural development, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Coaching and advising managers on best practices for leading their teams through change.
- Collaborating with the wider HR team to embed sustainable people strategies.
- Supervising and mentoring a People Coordinator.
Key Skills:
- CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in change management, restructuring, and TUPE processes.
- Experience in workplace mediation and/or restorative practice.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and influence at a senior level.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
