Booking.com is seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (People Advisory) to join their dynamic team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the People strategy within a specific client group, driving global HR initiatives, and ensuring a consistent and value-add experience for colleagues. As a key strategic partner, you will leverage both your HR and business acumen to support Booking.com in achieving its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to business units/functions, covering both global initiatives (e.g., Reward, Diversity) and specific local legislative requirements.
  • Collaborative Product Development: Work closely with peer groups and Centres of Excellence (COE) teams to ensure the creation and delivery of HR products, tools, and services that align with both business strategy and the overarching People Roadmap.
  • Leadership Coaching & Development: Advise, coach, and guide leadership teams on talent management, ensuring the right people are in the right roles, performing effectively.
  • HR Escalation & Decision-Making: Act as an escalation point for HR Generalists within your designated function/region, making informed decisions on behalf of the HR Director in line with company HR policies.
  • Organisational Design & Change Management: Be accountable for working within organisational design principles, leading and implementing large-scale change initiatives related to structure design, development, reorganisations, and/or M&A activity.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Ensure senior hires are recruited against defined competency frameworks, holding business leaders accountable for fair, transparent, and aligned recruitment processes that bring in the optimal talent.
