Summary: The role of Interim Senior HR Business Partner involves partnering with the VP and Extended Leadership Team to align people strategy with business goals in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. The position requires extensive HR leadership experience, particularly in tech or high-growth sectors, and focuses on strategic HR initiatives, coaching senior leaders, and leading change programs. The candidate will also collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver effective HR solutions and act as a key escalation point for HR Generalists. An immediate start is preferred for this hybrid role based in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with VP and Extended Leadership Team to align people strategy with business ambition.
- Lead strategic HR initiatives across global and local levels, including Reward, DEI, and org design.
- Coach and advise senior leaders to ensure optimal talent placement.
- Lead change programs, including reorganisations and M&A activities.
- Collaborate with COEs to deliver fit-for-purpose HR products.
- Act as a key escalation point for HR Generalists, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Key Skills:
- Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally in tech or high-growth sectors.
- Expertise in UK employment law and talent lifecycle management.
- Strong strategic workforce planning skills.
- Proven success in leading large-scale change and transformation programs.
