We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR & Talent Business Partner to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial creative business. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will balance strategic people planning with day-to-day operational HR delivery to drive performance, culture, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with senior leaders to align talent strategy with commercial business goals.
- Employee Relations: Provide pragmatic, expert advice on ER matters, performance management, and employment legislation.
- Talent & Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, quality recruitment decisions, and candidate experience.
- Payroll & Tech Governance: Oversee payroll compliance and data accuracy using the People First HRIS system; leverage tech and AI tools to optimize HR efficiency.
- L&D & Projects: Identify training needs, support group learning initiatives, and deliver on the wider HR strategic roadmap.
About You
Previous experience in an HR role or strong exposure to HR functions
