HR Business Partner – Redundancy, Consultation & Change Experience

West End | Immediate start | £450 per day

We are supporting a professional services client based in the West End on an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Business Partner to lead on a redundancy consultation process. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of consultation, change management, and redundancy activity end-to-end, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery is smooth, compliant, and well-managed. You will be confident advising managers, leading consultation meetings, and handling complex and sensitive situations with professionalism. The environment is fast-paced, so the ability to step in quickly and operate with pace and credibility is key.
